Strategy and technical depth: the edge is having both.

I'm Koffi Espoir Koumi, an AI specialist based in France. For sixteen years I've moved between industry, technology and strategy: design-office engineer, then R&D project manager and data scientist at Safran Aircraft Engines; senior strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company across Europe and Africa. The agents on this page are a side project, built to put that experience to work. Along the way: digital twins, machine learning models in production and dozens of engineers mentored.

I hold a PhD in mechanical engineering from INSA Lyon (national best-thesis award), an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in machine learning engineering from Sorbonne University.
